Carmel offers a casual, lifestyle look that is suitable for use both indoors and outdoors. It has a low-profile design that is thin enough to place in front of outward opening doors, yet durable enough for any space. Made from 100% polypropylene, this rug collection is Wilton-woven in Turkey for super durability.

In the bedroom, the rug should be placed under two-thirds of the bed, with 2’ to 3’ of rug showing on each side. It should anchor the room's largest piece of furniture, and if the rug is big enough, all legs of the bed should be on the rug.

For dining rooms, the rug should be large enough to fit the table and chairs, extending at least 24” past the edges of the table to prevent chairs from catching on the rug's edge.

In larger living rooms, all furniture should comfortably fit on the rug. For smaller living rooms, where furniture is against a wall, choose a rug that is large enough for at least the front legs of all furniture to rest on it.

For patios and decks, the same rules apply as for indoor living spaces. In larger spaces, all furniture should fit on the rug, while smaller spaces should have a rug large enough for the front legs of all furniture.

The Carmel Rug is 100% polypropylene and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It is power-loomed with weather-resistant materials and UV stabilized to reduce fading. The rug is easy to clean with regular vacuuming and spot cleaning, and can also be rinsed with mild detergent and water.
